Hobbyists, model builders and do-it-yourselfers with demanding projects will eventually need a band saw – the most versatile of all saws.  With the compact yet powerful BS0902 from Allwin, precise straight cuts as well as shapely curves and miters up to a height of 80 mm are possible.  Also included in the scope of delivery are rip fence and miter gauge for immediate start.

Our BS0902 band saw is an entry-level model for hobbyists, model builders and do-it-yourselfers who want to precisely process their workpieces made of hardwood and softwood, plastic or aluminum up to 80 mm in height.  With a band saw, both straight cuts and beautiful curves can be sawn by moving the workpiece on the work table during sawing. As a result, the band saw is much finer than a circular saw, but not suitable for filigree work and interior cut-outs like a scroll saw.

The workpiece is fed to the saw blade via the stable work table. Rip fence & table miter gauge is used for optimal positioning and the protection of your own fingers. The rip fence with quick lock is used to create precise longitudinal sections. The table miter gauge or cross-cutting gauge can be used to guide a narrow piece of wood forward or to create a specific angle for an oblique cut.
